It’s been a slow start to my epic 90 run-up to Race The Lake 2026. I ended up not biking yesterday because it was just too windy. I worked on the Domane a little more, I figured out how to adjust the seat and I removed the SPD pedals since my shoes have SPD-SL cleats.

Yesterday I got my bike out of the basement but I didn’t ride it. I spent 90 minutes working on my father-in-laws Trek Domane, re-wrapping the handlebars, replaced both bottle cages, replaced both inner tubes, and cleaned the frame.
